شروط الاستخدام
باستخدامك لمنصة «زيا» (Zyia) عبر zyia.ai وتطبيقاتها («الخدمة»)، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافق عليها، فيُرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة.
١. الخدمة
زيا منصة تساعد المعلمين في دولة الكويت على تحضير الدروس وإعداد أوراق العمل والاختبارات القصيرة والامتحانات بالاستعانة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، اعتمادًا على توزيع المنهج ودليل التقويم والكتب المقررة. زيا منصة مستقلة، وليست تابعة لوزارة التربية ولا لأي جهة حكومية، وما تنتجه ليس وثيقة رسمية صادرة عن الوزارة.
٢. الحساب
- الخدمة موجّهة للمعلمين والعاملين في التعليم (١٨ سنة فأكثر).
- تلتزم بتقديم معلومات صحيحة، والحفاظ على سرية بيانات دخولك، وعدم مشاركة حسابك مع غيرك.
- أنت مسؤول عن كل ما يتم من خلال حسابك. أخبرنا فورًا إذا اشتبهت في استخدام غير مصرّح به.
٣. الأسعار
الخدمة متاحة مجانًا خلال فترة الإطلاق. سنعلن أي خطط مدفوعة وأسعارها لاحقًا، ولن نفرض أي رسوم عليك دون إعلامك مسبقًا وموافقتك.
٤. المحتوى المولَّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي
- نعمل على أن يكون المحتوى دقيقًا ومطابقًا للمنهج والدليل، لكنه قد يحتوي على أخطاء في المعلومات أو الإجابات أو التنسيق.
- أنت المسؤول عن مراجعة كل تحضير أو ورقة أو اختبار وتعديله قبل استخدامه مع الطلاب.
- لا تضمن زيا ملاءمة المحتوى لأي غرض رسمي أو تقييمي بعينه.
٥. محتواك
- ما تنشئه وتحفظه في زيا يبقى ملكًا لك، ويحق لك استخدامه في عملك التعليمي.
- تمنح زيا إذنًا محدودًا لمعالجة محتواك وتخزينه بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة لك.
- تتعهد بألا ترفع محتوى لا تملك حق استخدامه، وألا تُدخل بيانات شخصية عن الطلاب.
٦. المواد التعليمية والمصادر
- الكتب المدرسية وتوزيعات المناهج وأدلة التقويم ملك لأصحابها. تستعين بها زيا مرجعًا لخدمة العملية التعليمية. إذا كنت صاحب حق وترى أن استخدامًا ما يخالف حقك، فراسلنا وسنراجعه.
- نص القرآن الكريم في الخدمة مأخوذ من مشروع تنزيل (tanzil.net)، ويُعرض كما هو دون تعديل.
٧. الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع:
- استخدام الخدمة في أي غرض مخالف للقانون أو للآداب العامة.
- محاولة اختراق الخدمة أو تعطيلها، أو الوصول إلى بيانات مستخدمين آخرين.
- جمع المحتوى آليًا، أو نسخ الخدمة أو إعادة بيعها، أو الهندسة العكسية لها.
- إنشاء حسابات متعددة للتحايل على أي حدود للاستخدام.
٨. ملكية المنصة
التصميم والبرمجيات والعلامة التجارية «زيا» ملك لزيا. لا تمنحك هذه الشروط أي حق فيها غير استخدام الخدمة وفقًا لها.
٩. توفر الخدمة وتغييرها
قد نطوّر الخدمة أو نغيّر بعض مزاياها أو نوقفها مؤقتًا للصيانة. نسعى لأن تكون متاحة باستمرار، لكننا لا نضمن ذلك دون انقطاع.
١٠. إيقاف الحساب
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت بمراسلتنا. ويحق لنا إيقاف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط، مع إخطارك متى أمكن ذلك.
١١. حدود المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا تتحمل زيا مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة تنتج عن استخدام الخدمة أو عن الاعتماد على محتوى لم تتم مراجعته.

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. نعلن التغييرات المهمة على هذه الصفحة أو داخل المنصة، واستمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعدها يعني موافقتك عليها.

Terms of Service
By using Zyia at zyia.ai and its apps (the "Service"), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Zyia helps teachers in Kuwait prepare lessons and build worksheets, short quizzes and exams with the help of AI, based on the curriculum distribution, the assessment guide and the set textbooks. Zyia is independent. It is not affiliated with the Ministry of Education or any government body, and what it produces is not an official Ministry document.
2. Your account
- The Service is for teachers and education staff aged 18 or over.
- You agree to give accurate information, keep your sign-in details confidential, and not share your account.
- You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Pricing
The Service is free during the launch period. We will announce any paid plans and their prices later, and we will not charge you without telling you first and getting your agreement.
4. AI-generated content
- We work to make content accurate and aligned with the curriculum and the guide, but it may contain errors in facts, answers or layout.
- You are responsible for reviewing and editing every lesson, sheet or exam before using it with students.
- Zyia does not guarantee that content fits any particular official or assessment purpose.
5. Your content
- What you create and save in Zyia remains yours, and you may use it in your teaching.
- You give Zyia a limited permission to process and store your content as needed to provide the Service to you.
- You agree not to upload content you have no right to use, and not to enter personal data about students.
6. Educational materials and sources
- Textbooks, curriculum distributions and assessment guides belong to their owners. Zyia uses them as references in support of teaching. If you hold rights and believe a use infringes them, contact us and we will review it.
- The text of the Holy Quran in the Service comes from the Tanzil project (tanzil.net) and is shown unchanged.
7. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the Service for anything unlawful or against public morals;
- try to breach or disrupt the Service, or access other users' data;
- scrape content, copy or resell the Service, or reverse-engineer it;
- create multiple accounts to get around usage limits.
8. Ownership of the platform
The design, software and the Zyia name and brand belong to Zyia. These terms give you no rights in them beyond using the Service under these terms.
9. Availability and changes
We may improve the Service, change features, or pause it for maintenance. We aim to keep it available, but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted.
10. Closing an account
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you when we can.
11. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Zyia is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service or from relying on content that was not reviewed.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We announce significant changes on this page or in the platform, and continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept them.
