سياسة الخصوصية
توضّح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع منصة «زيا» (Zyia) المعلومات وتستخدمها وتحميها عند استخدامك لموقع zyia.ai وتطبيقاته (ويُشار إليها معًا بـ«الخدمة»). زيا منصة تساعد المعلمين في دولة الكويت على تحضير الدروس وإعداد أوراق العمل والاختبارات والامتحانات.
١. المعلومات التي نجمعها
معلومات الحساب
- الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور (مشفّرة) عند التسجيل بالبريد.
- عند الدخول بحساب Google: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وصورة الملف الشخصي فقط، كما يسمح بها حساب Google.
معلومات العمل
- المدرسة والمرحلة والصفوف والمواد والفصول التي تدرّسها، لنجهّز لك المحتوى المناسب.
المحتوى الذي تنشئه
- التحضيرات وأوراق العمل والاختبارات التي تطلبها أو تعدّلها أو تحفظها، وأي ملفات ترفعها.
معلومات الاستخدام والمعلومات التقنية
- سجلات تشغيل أساسية مثل وقت الدخول ونوع المتصفح وعنوان IP، وملفات تعريف الارتباط الضرورية لتسجيل الدخول وحفظ تفضيلاتك.
المراسلات
- ما ترسله إلينا عبر البريد أو نماذج التواصل.
الخدمة موجّهة للمعلمين، ولا تحتاج إلى أي بيانات شخصية عن الطلاب. نرجو ألا تُدخل أسماء الطلاب أو بياناتهم في طلباتك.
٢. كيف نستخدم المعلومات
- تقديم الخدمة: إنشاء حسابك، وتجهيز التحضيرات والاختبارات، وحفظ عملك.
- توليد المحتوى بالذكاء الاصطناعي بناءً على طلبك ومنهجك.
- تحسين جودة الخدمة ودقتها وإصلاح الأخطاء.
- حماية الخدمة ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
- الرد على استفساراتك وإرسال إشعارات تخص حسابك أو الخدمة.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا نشاركها مع معلنين.
٣. الذكاء الاصطناعي
لتوليد المحتوى، نرسل إلى مزوّدي نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي نص طلبك ومقاطع المنهج اللازمة له فقط، ولا نرسل كلمة مرورك. يعالج المزوّدون هذه البيانات نيابةً عنا لتقديم الخدمة. المحتوى المولَّد قد يحتوي على أخطاء، ولذلك يراجعه المعلم قبل استخدامه.
٤. بيانات حساب Google
إذا سجّلت الدخول بحساب Google، نطلب فقط الصلاحيات الأساسية (الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وصورة الملف الشخصي)، ونستخدمها فقط لتسجيل دخولك وإدارة حسابك في زيا. لا نصل إلى بريدك في Gmail ولا إلى ملفاتك في Drive ولا إلى أي بيانات أخرى في حسابك. يلتزم استخدامنا للمعلومات الواردة من واجهات Google بـسياسة بيانات مستخدمي خدمات Google API، بما في ذلك متطلبات «الاستخدام المحدود».
٥. مع من نشارك المعلومات
- مزوّدو الخدمات: الاستضافة، وقواعد البيانات وتسجيل الدخول، ونماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي، والبريد الإلكتروني. يعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنا ولتقديم الخدمة فقط.
- المتطلبات القانونية: إذا طُلب منا ذلك بموجب القانون أو لحماية حقوقنا أو سلامة المستخدمين.
- نقل الملكية: في حال اندماج أو استحواذ، تنتقل البيانات مع الالتزام بهذه السياسة.
٦. أين تُخزَّن البيانات وكيف نحميها
تُخزَّن البيانات لدى مزوّدي خدمات سحابية، وقد تتم معالجتها خارج دولة الكويت. نستخدم الاتصال المشفّر (HTTPS)، وصلاحيات وصول محدودة، وضوابط أمان على قواعد البيانات. لا يوجد نظام آمن بنسبة ١٠٠٪، لكننا نعمل على حماية بياناتك بعناية.
٧. مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك وعملك طالما حسابك قائم. عند طلب حذف الحساب، نحذف بياناتك خلال ٣٠ يومًا، باستثناء ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به قانونًا، أو نسخ احتياطية تُحذف تلقائيًا في دورتها المعتادة.
٨. حقوقك
- الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها.
- تنزيل عملك من داخل المنصة.
- طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك.
- سحب إذن الدخول بحساب Google في أي وقت من إعدادات حساب Google.

٩. ملفات تعريف الارتباط
نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط الضرورية فقط لتسجيل الدخول والحفاظ على جلستك وحفظ تفضيلات بسيطة مثل اللغة. لا نستخدم ملفات تتبّع إعلانية.
١٠. الأطفال
الخدمة موجّهة للمعلمين والعاملين في التعليم (١٨ سنة فأكثر)، وليست موجّهة للطلاب أو لمن هم دون ١٨ سنة.
١١. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. نعلن التغييرات المهمة على هذه الصفحة أو داخل المنصة، مع تحديث تاريخ «آخر تحديث».

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Zyia collects, uses and protects information when you use zyia.ai and its apps (together, the "Service"). Zyia helps teachers in Kuwait prepare lessons and build worksheets, quizzes and exams.
1. Information we collect
Account information
- Your name, email address and password (stored hashed) if you sign up with email.
- If you sign in with Google: only your name, email address and profile picture, as your Google Account shares them.
Work information
- Your school, stage, grades, subjects and classes, so we can prepare the right content.
Content you create
- The lesson preparations, worksheets and exams you request, edit or save, and any files you upload.
Usage and technical information
- Basic logs such as sign-in times, browser type and IP address, and the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.
Communications
- What you send us by email or contact forms.
The Service is for teachers and does not need any personal data about students. Please do not enter students' names or details in your requests.
2. How we use information
- To provide the Service: create your account, prepare your materials and save your work.
- To generate content with AI, based on your request and your curriculum.
- To improve the quality and accuracy of the Service and fix errors.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent misuse.
- To answer your questions and send notices about your account or the Service.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with advertisers.
3. Artificial intelligence
To generate content, we send AI model providers only the text of your request and the curriculum passages it needs, never your password. The providers process this data on our behalf to provide the Service. Generated content may contain mistakes, so teachers review it before use.
4. Google user data
If you sign in with Google, we request only the basic scopes (name, email address and profile picture) and use them only to sign you in and manage your Zyia account. We do not access your Gmail, your Drive files or any other data in your Google Account. Zyia's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Who we share information with
- Service providers: hosting, database and sign-in, AI models and email. They process data on our behalf and only to provide the Service.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of users.
- Change of ownership: in a merger or acquisition, data transfers under this policy.
6. Where data is stored and how we protect it
Data is stored with cloud service providers and may be processed outside Kuwait. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited access rights and database security controls. No system is 100% secure, but we take care to protect your data.
7. Retention
We keep your account and work while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except what we must keep by law, and backups that expire on their normal cycle.
8. Your rights
- See and correct your data.
- Download your work from inside the platform.
- Ask us to delete your account and data.
- Revoke Google sign-in access at any time from your Google Account settings.

9. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to sign you in, keep your session and remember simple preferences such as language. We do not use advertising trackers.
10. Children
The Service is for teachers and education staff aged 18 or over. It is not directed at students or anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We announce significant changes on this page or in the platform and update the "Last updated" date.
